This is the main TV transmitter for this part of Scotland.
Just 5 miles from our house and in line of sight, we don't need a loft or outside aerial, but one of those set-top aerials is more than adequate.

Actually, they shouldn't be called 'set-top' these days as the TVs are far too slim to balance one on top. Ours sits quite happily on the floor in the corner of the room.

My blip is not the view from my house, but from a vantage point 2 miles nearer the transmitter.
