The ducks won

I decided to let Toby run free during the morning walk. And that was great fun! He listened very well when I called him.
Until he sprinted after two ducks he scared away. He jumped across a ditch that turned out to be a bit too wide. With a huge splash he went into it and came out with my help all stinky, wet and dirty.
We went home immediately where he got a good shower. First outside in the garden to get rid of most of the dirt, followed by a shower in the bathroom. He accepted it all willingly.
