Sticky Bottoms

What a change from yesterday’s warm weather, a flutter of snow this morning and then a freezing cold walk at the park. It’s a good thing I’ve had the oven on this afternoon to do some baking then a roast dinner, it’s been cosy in the kitchen. I can’t remember the last time I made jam tarts, it got a bit messy with the lemon curd bubbling over but they tasted good so that’s all that really matters. My faithful friend has been keeping me company.
