Sound of the Rain

The rain is beating down the roof planks and the asphalt road, hitting the barren tress that seem to be coming back to life with hope of the oncoming spring, with some green patches. Such soothing is the sound that it drenches the mind leaving my body dry. All the frustrations, all the disappointments, all the worries haunting just sit by and watch as the sound of the rain takes center stage.

A friday afternoon. And a full view of the rain from my room. Bliss.
