Had my first professional haircut since Jan 2020 today. Much prefer booking a time slot via an app, rather then the traditional turn up and wait.

Comeback bike ride 4 today, upped by two thirds to an impressive 5 miles! Found it easier too, so very pleased to be making progress. Shoulder slowly improving too.
