.....would love to say perfect but instead a fair attempt. Walnut and rosemary bread. Kneading is strangely therapeutic.
Not sure where today went. Apart from cleaning bathrooms no jobs ticked off list, unlike 'A' who finished making a door for the shed conversion.
Watched a documentary on Alex 'Hurricaine'' Higgins tonight. Really interesting and remember many of the players well. Showing my age.
