Rain, rain and more rain......

......then, just when it seemed to be easing, the temperature stats to drop.  This is the first time I've felt cold at home this year - it may be time to light the fire sooner that I'd anticipated.

Had a lovely dinner out with D & R, my summer house-sitters and M & J who they also sat for.  By way of a thank you they wanted to take us out for dinner so tonight we all went along to Aki, a Japanese restaurant in Richmond.  V-e-r-y nice food and lovely company made for a great night out :)
