Loch Beg Bridge

There's been a bit more breeze today so none of the lovely reflections of yesterday morning. After we got ourselves sorted out we set out for Lochbuie which is a 20 mile journey to the south east down some narrow single track roads. Most of the road around here are single track but they're mostly a bit wider than these ones. Most folk are pretty good with the etiquette and there's not that much traffic.

Thanks once again for lots of hearts and stars on yesterday's shot from the loch
Once there we had a cup of coffee and chocolate brownie at the Old Post Office Cafe. We also booked a table for lunch a bit later. We walked along the coast to15th century Moy Castle. It's a ruin now probably due the the MacLaine supporting the Jacobites in the rebellion. We carried on to Laggan Sands a lovely beach where the only occupants were a bunch of hellan coos sunbathing on the sand.

Lots of lovely photos taken so why have I posted a picture of a bridge. A very nice bridge admittedly with lovely mountains behind. Well, all those photos are still in my camera which is still sitting in its bag at the Old Post Office cafe where we had lunch. Doh! It was too far to get back there before they closed so I'll pick it up in the morning.

Being blipless, I went a few miles down the road to where this old bridge sits. The road has been routed past on a new bridge but this one remains crossing the Coladoir river as it goes into Loch Beg. It's a great view in my opinion with Corra Bheinn and Coire Mor (I think) behind.

Thanks once again for the stars and hearts on yesterday's loch reflections. I'm struggling with slow internet so it's hard to get round to your blips to say thanks, so many apologies.
