Towering

On the way back from today’s IT support task in PY’s office we walked past these cranes.  In spite of all the lockdowns over the last year there remains a lot of construction work in Central London. I assume whatever is being built here is destined to be more office space. I wonder who’ll occupy it? Even if there is a reduction in the need for big commercial space in London in the coming years, I am pretty sure the big landmark buildings that dominate the skyline will be occupied but I wonder if the rents will be lower than projected.
