Super-cali-fragilistic-expi-ali-docious!

Today we went to The Mull of Galloway on a gloriously sunny day.  We had a look at the lighthouse from outside as it was closed due to Covid and down to see the foghorn.  We bumped into blipper John39 and H which was a great surprise even though we knew that they were on holiday in the area.

After a picnic we walked around the cliffs to see the nesting seabirds.  As well as gannets that were flying around there were lots of birds on the rocks - razorbills and black guillimots as well as gulls. We also saw a lizard hurrying away from us.

On the way back we stopped to watch a hare in a field and more gannets - this time diving for fish.  As we passed through the village of Drummore we saw a lot of beautiful scarecrows outside people's houses.  Mary Poppins carrying umbrella and carpet bag is my main photo. She was springinging around above the garden fence suspended on fishing line. She was really delightful.

My extra is of a farmer with his plough.  The skill of the whoever made him is incredible.
