Low and fast

Late this afternoon we went to see our lawyer who has an office in Warkworth as well as an office in central Auckland. To sign documents to authorise her to do all those things that we need lawyers for when buying or selling a house. All seemed straightforward, although a phone call I received while there discombobulated me and I will need to to talk to nice bank manager about it next week.

Arrived back at Fidelis in time to get to the water's edge and take a photo of three variable oystercatchers (Torea Tai, as this is the pied morph) flying past as they moved from Algies Bay (I assume) to the north end of Snells Beach to spend the night.
