I've almost completely cut caffeine out of my diet. It's hard to explain why I've decided to do this but I've been hooked on caffeine for years and years. I still love drinking coffee especially. I want to give my body the chance to work all the stuff out of my system. So I've been drinking a lot of caffeine-free sodas, as well as decaf coffee and tea, and occasionally a normal cup of tea, just to ease the cravings and to keep them from driving me crazy.
