Ma ended up working this morning, so I had a few hours to myself to mooch around the house, have a bath, do some tidying (yes, I tidied a house I no longer live in).

At midday I headed to Wokingham to meet Pose. Ridiculously good to see her - we got some lunch and had a lonnnng catch up in Gail’s. Here she is laughing at something that happened at uni probably about 9 years ago that we still find stupidly funny.

Had a wander round the charity shops, then got some drinks and drove to Dinton Pastures for a walk around the lake. We made some vague plans for some fun times in the next couple of months, then it was time for her to head home.

This evening Ma and I walked into town for some dinner at The Real Greek. It was all lovely, even if we couldn’t quite finish it all. Home for a cuppa, I’m absolutely exhausted from all this socialising!
