Dented

This is along the start of the C&O Canal Towpath trail. I wonder if a tree limb fell on it. I hope it wasn't a cyclist!

This photo was taken during my walk. Later, Jill and I went for a quick bike ride to the bridge and back. That was a 3.5-mile (5.5-km) ride. It started to rain at the halfway point, so it rained the whole way back. It wasn't a bad rain, but it was annoying. It has rained a lot this year. This desert body is tired of it.

I am really enjoying this bike. I am glad I spent the money on it. On Saturday, a friend who lives in Washington, D.C., is stopping here while riding on the long trek from D.C. to Pittsburgh. This town is the halfway point. We're going to ride our bikes and get lunch. I hope it doesn't rain!
