Fishing

Came across this heron whilst walking along the Leeds Liverpool Canal from Silsden to Riddlesden - since it’s National Fish and Chip day - hope he found some fish to eat - quite apt it happens to fall on a Fryday/Friday:)

Now halfway on the virtual walk of Yorkshire - have crossed the North Yorkshire Moors to Staithes and walking down the east coast - passed through Whitby and Scarborough - imagine fish and chips could have have been popular at these seaside towns today
