Cow Parsley?

I am assuming this is cow parsley, Miranda will confirm or otherwise  please :)  I have tried sprinkling the seeds I have collected several times, but not in this particular shady area of the garden....love it anyway.  It's become cloudy during the course of the day, and the forecast is for more of the same for the next few days sadly, but it's quite mild.. I've felt lethargic, returned the completed forms to the solicitor and have been reading.  Last night I had the best sleep I have had for months!
