Scenes from the bike trail

A better day today, with some sunshine, though not without the possibility of a pop-up shower or thunderstorm. The last time we had a storm, it was clear that either the gutters or downspouts were blocked, so this morning Roger wanted to get up there to check them out. It turned out the front wasn’t bad, but the downspout at the back between the house roof and the garage roof and gutter, was totally blocked, so he got it cleared and ran the hose pipe through, so all should be good now. After a late morning coffee, we headed to the bike trail, starting from Corwin, one of our favourite stretches, going through farmland and passing Spring Valley wildlife area. I was feeling rather sluggish today for some reason, but I persevered to do almost 15 miles return. During my home time I did some Duolingo Italian and played the piano, so not a bad day.
