Summer fruit pavlova

Some of you may know I was redeployed to a completely different role in nursing 14 months ago due to the pandemic. I loved the job so much I made it a permanent move. I work with a team of community nurses who support care homes and their residents. In the last year the team have taken on a lot of extended roles, and consequently more staff. A year ago we were a team of 7, we are now a team of 17! Because of the pandemic most of us have never met in person.... until today. Today we are all joining together for a garden party in one team members garden and this is my contribution to the meal.
