Campari Moment

Our eldest son died three years ago yesterday, of cancer. He spent his working life developing international tourism, and wherever he went he always sent a photo of a special location, framed round a glass of Campari. The title was always the same, Campari Moment.

He worked hard at bringing governments and societies together through tourism, on the basis that peoples who visit each other, and know each other well, are less likely to fight each other. He made lasting friendships everywhere and after he died, over 300 came to his funeral from all over the world.

And every year, on this day, there is an international Campari Moment.
