Meadow

That time of year when the graveyard becomes a meadow; drifts of Oxeye Daisy and Fox-and-cubs between the headstones.

We prepared our mini Red Wall (extras), complete with supporting tribe of sheep and dragons, to help cheer Wales along in the Euros. A draw in their opening game against the Swiss in Baku was a reasonable start. 

13yo, 16yo & I also managed a game of Wingspan, during which we discovered the water had gone off, apparently a burst water main nearby, but it was back on in a couple of hours. 

And then events in Copenhagen put things in perspective;  we wish Christian Eriksen well in his recovery and give thanks to the quick response of all concerned.
