Binham Priory 1091

This was built by a cousin of William the Conqueror...and it's still in use today. 

Occupied by Monks for it's first 400 years, it  fell fowl of Henry the eighth and eventually became a church and community resource more recently. 

Well worth a visit if you happen to be in lovely North Norfolk.
