A Steady Hand

Was needed this morning as I had not taken the tripod with me, I know slapped hand ! ;-))  Got up and out early this morning and was down on the beach at Instow at not long after 7am. It was a beautiful morning, and there were a few dog walkers about, and the tide was on its way in slowly. This a view towards Crow Point at the mouth of the river Taw, and in the distance a misty view of Baggy Point.

While I was there some Royal Marines came down onto the beach to launch a craft for driver training, and speeded off and up the River Torridge. And I headed home for breakfast :-)
