Limited Perspective

Frustratingly, I got a message via the Covid-19 App to self isolate yesterday evening.  Apparently I must have come into close contact with a positive case while we were in the Lakes.  L hasn't received a notification, so I can only assume that I must have been picked up by the proximity function on the App.

So first thing this morning I headed off for a PCR test (I carried out an LFD test last night which came back negative).  Now I am limited to the house and garden until the weekend,
