A view from Jeanneb

Great Yorkshire scenery.

Just got back from a great walk with friend and fellow blipper, Wendles56 and Helen and Verity across the moors above our village. You can see a little snow still on the hills beyond Oakworth but what you can't see is that it is still bitterly cold. At least it makes the ground firm to walk on.

It was lovely to get out again to enjoy the classic Yorkshire scenery, even though it is still in its winter guise. I need to get some new walking boots so that I can get back into the regular morning walks as the wet and mud endured before we went away have made them crack.

We stopped at Lady B's on the way back for coffee and toasted Teacake and had a good old chat, not least about New Zealand as at least two of them are considering going.

I also handed over Blipbear and I'm sure you will see him shortly on Wendles56's journal.
Quite sad to part with him after all this time but he will love meeting other YorKshire blippers as he travels on.
