Hauling

I spotted this ant patiently hauling a much larger larva across the path when I went for a walk on the Bank at lunchtime. Presumably it’s for food.

There were not many butterflies about, just a few Speckled Wood and a single Large Skipper. 

Caught up a little bit at work with a 05:45 start but I can’t do that every day.
