Lolo find

Lolo and I approached with trepidation. What on earth? As I looked closer I thought it was a bathing cap. I was tempted to keep it for some bizarre costume need but I'm all about not keeping too much junk around. But costumes are always in my thoughts. See extra for the inside. What a weird and unique helmet??
