Yard Work

The weather was nice today, warm with a gentle breeze, so after my online mid-morning exercise class I decided to do some much-needed pruning of plants in the back yard/garden.

I especially enjoyed clipping dead blooms and seed pods off the columbines (Aquilegia) , which will encourage them to keep blooming. Hummingbirds are attracted to the flowers, and we want to keep those tiny avian wonders happy!
