Beavers London's New Chimney Sweeps?

Whenever we board a London bus, we always leg it upstairs and try to grab the front seats. Perfect for sight-seeing. Inset is a chimney pot that caught my eye, with a high-flying beaver. It was above No. 105 Oxford Street (to the left of the road) and I'm sure I'd never have noticed it from a pedestrian's perspective.
