Splash of Blue

I called into my cousins on the way to Akaroa as she had some plants for me to take over. It was a lovely surprise to be asked to stay for lunch. She had made some wonderful Pumpkin soup.

It had been sunny morning and warm. As I was leaving her place there were a few spots of rain. All the way to Akaroa I was following rainbows.. but could never find their ends. It was a good drive over with no traffic. The rain didn't start until late in the evening. It wasn't very cold.
