Bees runways!

Decided to try and find something for Tiny Tuesday - purple.  Foxgloves are not tiny but all the marks to guide a bee to the nectar are pretty small!  So this is my contribution!  Many thanks to Pinkhairedlady for hosting!

Usual walk and now it’s the England v Germany match. Last night the France v Switzerland match was a nail biter to the end!  The Swiss winning 3:3 and then 5:4 in the penalty shoot out!  I always feel so sorry for the player who misses!

There is a great page on foxgloves and myths associated with the flower:  https://www.terriwindling.com/blog/2019/06/foxgloves.html

But always remember that they are poisonous. Digitalis, a chemical from the foxglove is used as heart medicine in tiny amounts, but in larger amounts can kill!
