Flower displays

On a dry but bit chilly morning a drive round the City of Newport you will see many different flower arrangements, some in hanging baskets, some in boxes on railings and some in big free standing pots and these type outside the Castle bingo hall here in Newport, and on a sunny day the colours are magnificent.
