Las Vegas to ...

... home.

We have an early morning flight home (thanks to United changing flights on us) so we were up before the sun this morning.  On the bright side we were able to see this beautiful sunrise from our condo before we left at 6:10 am.

We dropped off the car rental and were at McCarran Airport by 6:45 am PDT.  Security wasn’t too bad so we were at the gate with plenty of time to sit and people watch.  Our flight to Newark Airport was pretty nice … with no turbulence.  We got into Newark at 4:30 pm EDT which felt like 1:30 Pacific time.  We collected our car and headed home.  Thankfully there were no traffic issues and we made it home safely by around 7:00 pm EDT.  I was great seeing our Cheddar and Kiera after being away for the week. They were lovingly cared for by our neighbors.

We had such a wonderful vacation … from seeing my mom, niece, sister and BIL to seeing Sheryl, T and Bunker … it was one to remember.   Thanks to all of you for making this week so very special! Love you all!   ♥♥♥

As I always do I like to wrap up the vacation with some facts.
