Linnet

Not a bird I see often.

I had a wonderful time at the end of the afternoon, wandering around Badbury Rings. To be honest, I didn't actually get much of a walk in - I was too busy watching and waiting! I saw linnets, stonechats, a buzzard, a red admiral and a gatekeeper. It felt so good just to spend some time soaking up nature - just what I needed!
