Small Skipper

We met our very good friend today for a walk. She’s finished her radiotherapy and is feeling much better thank goodness. Our walk was lovely and included a beautiful garden which is part formal but mostly quite wild and alive with creatures. This lovely Small Skipper butterfly was one of several we saw along with frogs, damsel flies, small moths and loads of bees.
