Ardchattan

The first day of the Scottish Six Days Orienteering Festival although all competitors are doing just three days each to comply with Covid regulations.  It was a very different affair with no traders, no assembly area, no club tents and spectators discouraged, but still great orienteering.  I went out early as I am taking photos each day and was pretty rubbish but enjoyed the fabulous views of mountains from the top of the fells.

After our runs and several hundred photos later, we drove to Dalmally for much needed tea and scones with old friends John and Jess, and a big catch up!

My blip was taken on the run in with a finisher coming in against a backdrop of Ben Curachan.
