Walk on the wild side

Wednesday 4th August 2021                      (backblip)

What a beautiful day ....... blue sky .... a light breeze & sunshine .... not too hot either just pleasantly warm :-)

It was far too good to waste & as it was Hubby's day off we decided to have a walk before doing the supermarket shop! A real treat to get an extra walk :-)

Chuffed we did ....... saw two different butterflies & lots of dragonflies were zipping back & forth :-)

Top L: female Common Blue butterfly (yes they are brown)
Top R: Comma butterfly
Bottom L: Grasshopper who was hopping across the road!
Bottom R: Dragonfly (one of the few that actually landed)

Extra ..... a Thrush enjoying a juicy slug!
