Broccoli

It seems that when a vegetable is in full production in my garden that’s when it is at its cheapest in the shops. But for once I’ve got it right. My container grown broccoli in the greenhouse might be small, but it has been providing a couple of meals a week during the time that broccoli has been at its highest price ever, according to this morning’s paper.

It’s better than the bought stuff too.
