Just got back from a brilliant run, best yet. Breathing and heart rate are way better than they were, I'm starting to feel such a difference, but still overheating which then starts putting me off my stride (literally) and makes me want to stop. Any ideas or is it normal? Will it improve with fitness? It feels more psychological than anything because in my body I'm feeling fit and strong. Or perhaps I'm just more of a winter runner ;-)
