Energy

Energy or lack of has been the theme of the day!  I struggled through my morning run which was warm and windy and I had no energy.  Mister F and myself had decided on having a bit of a walk around town to check out the Festival action and get a couple of chores done.  Firstly, we headed to the new Book Festival venue at the Art College after 37 years at Charlotte Square.  On a warm lunch time pre Covid you'd expect it to be buzzing but it was quiet with the normal energy missing.  We decided a late lunch and coffee sounded better than the chores and wandering so that's what we did.  Then a restful evening of reading. Some days are just like that.
