All in a name

Well I kind of hope not, but what a great name!! A bit like the old GP in childhood called Dr Patient!!

I skipped golf today but went to a new Pilates class. The huge benefit of being in one place is the opportunity to actually be able to commit to such things and I think I acquitted myself OK! Surprised myself actually, but I think the teacher was being very kind to novices. A small but significant step and such a great blessing to finally be able to do such things.

The house is now painted and looks really fresh and lovely in its new coat of cream. Only a tiny bit of paint spatter and a lot of gratitude for not having to be the one painting up around the chimney pots.
