Old Notebook

I found this old notebook in one of the offices at work. It seems pretty ancient, at least 30 or so years old I would say. The only page written on in the whole book is the one shown in the picture.
Maybe one of our ex-employees or bosses had visions of conquering the world although judging by the fact that they could only remember 3 out of the 8 principles of war I doubt they ever got very far! Our company is in no way related to the military so it was quite a bizarre find.
