Toss Boss

I was trying out a recipe for vegan gingerbread pancakes today, recipe and texted making tips courtesy of Flospsybunny. Thank you, Flopsybunny. The snow was snowing on down outside, so what better way to spend a Saturday lunchtime. You see, I've recently bought a new frying pan as I missed pancakes on pancake day due to lack of same.

The pancake making took a hold of Mr H who became all "Masterchef" so I had to step aside. He really can toss a pancake well, my Mr H. We ate them with maple syrup and lemon juice, but layering with banana and chocolate sauce might also be quite nice, later perhaps?
