Golden Girl

It's a windy raw day, but the golden one always finds the spot radiating the most warmth inside. She cannot tolerate cold!

Blaze was busy this morning, peanuts and blueberries were his delights. I was lazy and photographed his antics through the glass storm door.

We have errands on tap for the day and need to make an appointment for new tires. We got nearly 60K from the original set, great for an XWD vehicle. We have also located our old service manager from our closed Saab dealership. His new place of business hired two of the former Saab mechanics, it's closer than the Saab dealership was. Thankfully, the car will finally have proper looking after again.

Tonight we are going to an event at the Historical Society...
"Consider yourself warmly invited to Irish Lore and Legends on Saturday March 23rd. It will be an evening of captivating stories about Irish Americans who called Hanover home since the 18th century. Stories of mystery and more will be shared in the Stetson House, the home of Hanover's first tavern." One of the stories is about 3 poor Irish men who were murdered many years ago within sight of our house. I'll take some photographs of the event for the society.

Kendall and I have something fun happening next week, more on that another day!
