Time for the Grasses

Lifting their slim feathery fingers skyward, it is time for the grasses to bloom. Soon they will fluff out and make a lovely addition to a fall bouquet.  I think every garden should have at least one clump of perennial grass in it.  I have two big ones. The small birds love to forage for the seeds too.  After a chilly start, another beautiful day in store today.
