Flying visit

What a nice surprise at the end of a long hot office day - a flying visit from my friends Andy and Pam from St Ives, who have had a day at the seaside today. Being so close, they didn't want to go home without check out our little bit of Norfolk. Just like so many visitors before them, they struggled to find us without phoning - and even that had its difficulties with little to no mobile signal. Andy was one of my most loyal team members at Cambridgeshire Pensions.

Mollie's car has been collected by the garage who will be assessing the damage, and separately she had delivered her courtesy car - her jaw was on the floor when she saw a brand new Audi A3 pull up. I'm sure she will enjoy a week of luxury driving!

This heat is too much in my summerhouse, and the prospect of never going back to normal working in an office ever again has dragged me down. Yet again I find myself wishing my life away. If only I could find a way to develop the crafts into a viable business. More thinking I need to do on that. And more sewing and mouse making!
