Common Darter

 A sunny start to the week, and a spot of food shopping was top priority this morning.

Stopped at a nature reserve on the way back for a walk - not much to see except a few bees, speckled woods and this common darter!

Lacking a bit of get up and go today so think a spot of yoga is called for and another early night!
