Bandit

I caught this one red-handed today. This cheeky gray squirrel grabbed one of the sunflower heads I was drying outside and scurried up a tree with it hanging out of his mouth. Here he is, his mug shot, with the evidence still in his possession :) • I observed two butter-butts today flitting between two trees, a male and a female. They’re very elusive always remaining inside the tree where they’re difficult to see or take a picture of • MrsP worked on compost today cutting up the last of the cosmos and marigolds. I cut back the clematis and started gathering outdoor items near the shed to pack away soon. We enjoyed a mostly sunny day but it was brisk! • The cake is gone but it remains with us until we work it all off ;) • Enjoy your evenings :)
