The campaigner

You're right, I never post portraits two days in a row, but today I've felt too weak to do more.  I had to bus into town to pick up a pair of boots and a short walk up the High Street was about my limit.

This lovely old guy (now very old I think) used to work in the City Council Planning Department. Since retiring (25/30 years ago at a guess?) you can see him out campaigning for good causes.  He was out yesterday and here he is again.  He makes me think of a fragile medieval saint.
