Scaffolding

Scaffolders at work on a large installation around a local block of flats.  I understand there will be a loft conversion to add several more flats on top of the block.  A neat way of adding much needed extra living accommodation, but pretty unpleasant for the existing residents. I imagine the work will go on for many months.
