Flown

A little more work in the 'yard in the company of the robin this afternoon. He wasn't keen on having his photo taken, but I thought I had him in focus on top of the wall  late in the afternoon. Too slow! He flew off a fraction of a second before the shutter clicked...

An appropriately sombre photo for the day. MrM called me upstairs shortly after this was taken to break the news that David Longdon died in an accident today. Musician, vocalist, multi-instrumentalist, and by all accounts a really nice guy. We were lucky enough to see him perform with Big Big Train a couple of years ago.
He's lead vocalist on Proper Jack Frost, released recently.
